“ Loved everything about this place. We went looking for the flying pig and found out they no longer have a spot but serve their BBQ at this spot. It's in a very random location, attached it a motel, so we were skeptical at first. But once you walk inside the place is very cute and the staff all super friendly. They had a great cocktail menu with really fun names. I opted for a mezcal margarita that was DELICIOUS. Kudos to the bartender! To eat we shared a few small plates. We ordered the broccolini but we got regular broccoli lol. But no complaining here because they were cooked perfect and the sauce was delicious. The chili was very hearty and a bit on the spicy side but still delicious and the wings were pretty good but nothing out of this world. The Cesar salad was my favorite dish mostly because of how AMAZING the bacon was that came with it. It was two thick cut slices that almost seemed air fried because they weren't greasy at all. Probably the best bacon I've had at a restaurant. For dessert we had the brownie & ice cream with toasted almonds and a yummy berry sauce. I'll def be back when I'm in the area. ”

“ We found this place on Yelp and so happy that we did. Let's me start by saying that the smoked chicken wings are the BEST I've had in a very long time. I'm a avid Sports Grill fan however, Dapple blew them out of the water! The pork belly and the Dapple burger were outstanding and let's not forget to mention the excellent beer selection. Now, kudos to our amazing server at the bar, Ed. He is the best! Great service and conversation. A definite comeback!! ”

“ Awesome spot! Met some friends here for "lunch" and we almost never left! They started with a smokey old fashioned (I did not write down the name) and I opted for a French Spritz. After catching up and tasting their drink...I caved in- and changed to the smokey delicious old-fashioned that I don't know the name of-so delicious! For starters we ordered mexican street corn (I could eat this all day) and bbq pork bell burnt ends (this was divine). For my meal I ordered the Dapple burger with sweet potato fries. Both cooked perfectly. My only regret is that I cannot remember our waiter/bartenders name but it was lunch time on March 5! With this food and our attentive server-WE WILL BE BACK ”

“ Absolutely loved Dapple! Cute little place with fresh, modern decor. I did not even realize it was connected to a motel until I used the rest room. Dapple has a varied menu with some items that are just a little off the beaten path. Items we ordered included: Mexican Street Corn - just look at the picture. So good Cauliflower "Wings" - we ordered these with the jerk rub. One of my favorites. Popcorn Pork Belly - I just tasted this but the boys loved them. A must for any meat eater. Smoked Chicken Wings - nice BBQ sauce Spotted Chow Chow Chicken Sandwich - 16 year old loved it. The sweet potato fries that came with it were so crispy and flavorful. 12 Hr Prime Brisket - a winner for husband Roasted Hogfish - my entree and I loved it. Tender, moist flavorful. The accompanying veggies were good as well. BBQ Pork Sandwich - 17 year old loved it. The regular fries were excellent. Even though we pigged out, we could not resist trying a piece of key lime pie. We were not a fan of the crust but the filling was good. Service was excellent. Our server gave us some great recommendations. We will make sure to return when we are in the area. ”

“ I pass by this place on US1 often and it looks really trendy, new and cute on the outside and I finally decided to stop in. The decor inside is great too. The place is very spacious and follows really good covid protocols. I sat at the bar with my boyfriend and we had a great bartender (I think he said his name was Alex) who was super attentive and friendly. I ordered the key lime martini which was just like a key lime pie! My bf ordered beers on tap and a yummy margarita. To order we got several appetizers to share including the smoked black eyed pea hummus, rib rolls, wings (we asked for them plain and then Buffalo and bbq on the side) and this special of like a croqueta ball with brisket inside. Everything was delicious. I think my favorite was the hummus, then the croquetas, wings and then the rib rolls. The little strips that come with the hummus were super yum, bartender said they're fried pita chips with seasoning. Food was nice and hot and service was on point. I am sad to see this place isn't really popular. While we were there only like two other people came in. This place deserves to be on the map and they're a small business and they try to locally source items for their menu! I hope they stay around and become a popular place here in Miami. Give them a try!!! ”
